Producing such flacon is a two steps process.

First the glass master pick up in the oven the necessary quantity of crystal glass with a blow pipe. He then mouth blows the liquid glass into a mould

Once the gross shape is cooled manual grinding and engraving takes place using rotating mechanical tools. The crystal brillance is then restored through acid baths
